***Mix n Match-Layer-Tie Together, many of my pieces can be combined to make sets and unique bodysuits. All of my creations are handmade individually. Each design is either one of a kind or part of a limited edition run. How do you go about taking custom orders?
I accept custom orders throughout the year if I'm not too backed up on orders. Please email me at contact@zialifedesigns.com to get a quote for custom piece requested. If I am able to facilitate your request. I will send out an invoice to your email through SQUARE, PayPal or I will direct you to a website listing. Please note that I am often times backed up with many orders at one time and it may take up to 3-4 weeks for processing. If you are looking for a special piece for an event or special occasion, please note this when emailing me, and I will do my best to accommodate you with expedited design work and shipping.

Can you cut up a favorite shirt of mine, up-cycle, or refashion clothes that I already have?
At this time I do not accept custom up-cycled listings.
Where do you get the clothing you alter?
I choose to use premium quality brand base garments & pre-loved fabrics for all of my refashioning, or I will create items from scratch. I often times use American Apparel for their fair and sustainable wages they pay their workers, not to mention that they offer the quality style, feel, and color options that last and actually get better with wash and wear. I recently started working with Teeki products. Check my shop page for custom Teeki releases. I am constantly seeking out local or conscious garment suppliers that have sustainability in their business models.
Shipping Policies
Shipping is done USPS Priority Mail included with $50 insurance ( please let me know if you would like to insure your parcel for more. Extra charges apply)
US — $7 flat rate -Tracking number provided upon request
CANADA & MEXICO — $12

OVERNIGHT OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES – overnight shipping is not available , please contact me via email at contact@zialifedesigns.com for other options
Packages will be shipped out once payment has cleared. "Made to Order" and "custom" pieces can take up to 3-4 weeks or sometimes longer depending on the time of year and amount of orders currently in queue. Items in-stock, sale items, and pieces labeled "ready to ship" will ship out in 3-10 business days.
***ZIALIFE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once items have shipped they are in the hands of the USPS. If item is damaged upon receipt please contact me immediately to start a USPS claim. These can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to resolve.
Payment Policies
Payments are made through the Stripe Merchant Account Platform. STRIPE is the payment processor that powers Squarespace ECommerce.
Security is one of the biggest considerations. If you have any questions, or encounter any issues, please contact me at contact@zialifedesigns.com or directly contact STRIPE at security@stripe.com.

Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the intimate nature of my design work I do not accept returns unless product was damaged upon receipt.
Most ZIALIFE pieces are free-sized and will be accomodating to various body types.
With that being said you can ensure your items are correct by reading all product info and descriptions before purchasing or email me at contact@zialifedesigns.com to inquire about sizing, color, fit or details* Most items are stretchy/free size and fit various shapes. If you are concerned about a fit, you can email me your measurements and I can let you know what I have in your size.
