Use overall as a healing and detoxifying skin oil.

Use as a hair treatment

Use as a pre-shower treatment put on 20 mins before washing your hair. Extended treatment thoroughly soak hair and skin in oil and let soak in for 2-3 hours. Can be worn overnight for intensive repair. Will be oily until washed out or soaked in. If you can allow the oil to sit the longer the better. If you have a whole day to allow the oils to penetrate the hair shaft and skin layer then you will receive even more benefits.

This oil is highly protective against oxidative stress, radioactive and harmful EMF due to the frequency of the oils and potency of the healing powers of the ingredients used.
